Dinner Parties:

Burge has three distinctly different venues available for dinners. Our Conservatory seats 150 for a served dinner. Paula’s Porch seats 80 people in a casual setting and is often used for evening entertaining. The Lodge is connected to Paula’s Porch and seats 36 for dinner or can be used for meetings or a cocktail reception. Wiley’s Cabin is located next to our pool and is an ideal place for a small dinner, meeting or cocktail reception prior to dinner either in the Main House or Conservatory.

We welcome any type of dinner party: rehearsal, birthday, anniversary and Christmas (available December 1 – December 23).

Corporate or Private Parties:

Room Fee $350
Includes tables, chairs and white linens for 100 guests.
If your party is larger there is an additional charge of $5 per person.
Chef Andrew caterers all events that take place at Burge.

Burge provides bartenders for all events serving alcohol. Bartenders are $100 each. Bar Set up fee is $5 per person Burge will supply soft drinks, ice, cups and mixers. Client must provide alcohol. Alcohol is not allowed without a Burge bartender serving.
