Wedding Packages: 

Chef Andrew Featherstone is our exclusive In-House Chef; therefore, Burge does not allow outside caterers.  The rates below do not include food and beverage service.  Please see our menus for cost of your menu selection.  Food minimum is $30 per person (click here for menu options/prices).  All fees incur a 20% service fee and 7% sales tax.  A signed contract and booking deposit of $1000 (nonrefundable) is required to reserve date.  Payments may be made with cash, check or money order.  Visa/Mastercard are accepted with a 3% processing fee.  Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day) $500 additional rental fee (no Sundays on holiday weekends).

Ceremony with Reception Rates for up to 100 guests:

Friday $2000 Saturday $2800 (minimum 100 guests) Saturday (July and Aug) $2300 Sunday $2000

The following are included in the rental fee: 1 hour of Rehearsal Time, Our In-House Wedding Director for your Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception, Two Cottages for Bride and Groom on the day of the wedding, Ceremony Chairs, Conservatory with tables and chairs for your reception, White Table Linens and White Linen Napkins, China and Flatware, Servers/Bartenders, Parking Attendants, Cake Cutting Service, Gift Buggy, Honeymoon Suite, Facility set up and clean up. Time allotted 11:00am-11:00pm . (Guests over 100 = $8 per person)

Reception Only Rates for up to 100 guests:

Friday $1200 Saturday $2000 (minimum 100 guests) Saturday (July and Aug) $1500 Sunday $1200	The following are included in the rental fee: Conservatory with tables and chairs for your reception, White Table Linens and White Linen Napkins, China and Flatware, Gift Buggy, Servers/Bartenders, Parking Attendants, Cake Cutting Service, Facility set up and clean up. Time allotted 1:00pm – 11:00pm .  Honeymoon Suite (for an additional fee) (Guests over 100 = $6 per person)

Additional Services:

• Bar Service: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Tonic, Club Soda, Ice, Plasticware and Cocktail Napkins. Client must provide alcohol. $5 per person 
  
  
• Tea and Lemonade: ($2.50 per person) 
  
  
• Non-Alcoholic Punch: You may choose from our list of Housemade Punches.  ($1.95 per person) 
  
  
• Champagne Service: Served in Champagne Glasses *client provides champagne ($1 per person ) 
  
  
• Coffee Station: Regular and Decaf Coffee, Shaved Chocolate, Whipped Cream, Mints $75 Station ($1.95 per person) 
  

Additional Rental Items:

• Horse and Buggy: Arrives 30 minutes prior to Ceremony, takes bride to aisle, bride and groom leave in buggy and then have time to make photos. ($325)
  
  
• White Wooden Arbor For Ceremony:  Set-up on lawn and undecorated $250.  Burge would be happy to provide a quote for floral decorations for the arbor. 
  
• Black Iron Shepherd Hooks: $5 each.   
  
• Black Iron Torches: $8 each.   
  
• Mason Jar with White Candle: $5 each. 
  
• Sterling Silver Cake Stand (18" Square or Round available): $25 each
  
• 14" Round Mirror (table centerpiece): $2 each
  
• Hurricane Globe with White Candle: $5 each
  
  
• Rehearsal Dinner: Room, Tables, Chairs, Linens, Set up and Clean up ($350 for 100 people or less) $4 per person after 100. Catering and Bar Service are additional fees.
